Foreign Minister Çavuşoğlu paid the first visit from Turkey to Burkina Faso at Foreign Minister level on 12 July 2017.

Minister Çavuşoğlu met with Foreign Minister Alpha Barry and discussed further developing bilateral relations and cooperation.

At Minister Çavuşoğlu’s meeting with President Roch March Christian Kabore of Burkina Faso, bilateral relations and regional issues were evaluated.

At the end of his visit to Burkina Faso Minister Çavuşoğlu and his counterpart, Minister Barry held a joint press conference and replied questions of the press.
