Turkey, which has always considered diplomacy as the only option for the solution of the problem related to Iran's nuclear program, welcomes the consensus reached as a result of the long-standing negotiations between the P5+1 and Iran through the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action.

We congratulate the parties for their efforts that made this possible. We attach great importance to the implementation of the agreement with all of its elements and expect the cooperation envisaged in the agreement with the international community to be realized on the basis of full transparency, with the International Atomic Energy Agency assuming a central role in supervising its implementation in the upcoming period.

In this context, we deem it necessary to reiterate that uninterrupted and full implementation of the agreement in a manner that inspires confidence is of vital importance for peace, security and stability in the region.
