The Turkish Embassy in Libreville is accredited to Sao Tome and Principe, while Embassy of Sao Tome and Principe in Lisbon is accredited to Türkiye. Türkiye and Sao Tome and Principe have honorary consulates respectively in Sao Tome and Istanbul.
