Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu met with Cherif Mahamat Zene, Foreign Minister of Chad, and Olivier Nduhungirehe, Minister of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Rwanda visiting Istanbul to attend Turkey-Africa Second Ministerial Review Conference, on 10 February 2018.

At the meeting, opportunities to further develop bilateral relations were discussed.
