The 22nd High-Level Officials Meeting on Syria in the Astana format was held in Astana on 11-12 November 2024.

The meeting assessed the impact of regional developments on Syria, and addressed the security, humanitarian and economic situation on the ground, as well as counter-terrorism efforts.

Ways to revitalize the political process, which is the only path towards a comprehensive solution to the conflict in Syria, were also explored.

A Joint Statement was issued at the conclusion of the meeting.
