We strongly condemn the attack yesterday (29 November) on a water canal in Zubin Potok in northern Kosovo, which is critical for Kosovo's water and electricity supply. We hope that the perpetrators of the attack will be identified and brought to justice as soon as possible.

We take this opportunity to express our solidarity with Kosovo and our readiness to provide any assistance it may need.

We call on all parties to act with restraint to avoid escalation in the region.
