We firmly believe that the acts of violence taking place in the south of Syria will be brought to an end through dialogue and common sense between the Syrian administration and local groups in the region, and that those who have played a role in these incidents will be brought to justice.

In this delicate period for Syria, the responsibility of the international community, particularly the regional countries, is to contribute to the establishment of security and stability in Syria and to support the steps taken toward social reconciliation. In this context, Israel must cease its airstrikes that are undermining Syria’s efforts for unity and social cohesion.

Türkiye will continue to support efforts aimed at fostering reconciliation and peace among all components of Syrian society.
