The Telephone Conversation Between Minister of Foreign Affairs İsmail Cem and his Greek Counterpart Yorgo Papandreau (Unoficial Translation) No:152 - August 29, 2000

Minister of Foreign Affairs İsmail Cem and his Greek counterpart Yorgo Papandreou have made a telephone conversation yesterday. Both Ministers have agreed to meet in New York on the occasion of the UN General Assembly meeting.

During the telephone conversation, they have also touched upon the ongoing forest fires in Greece. Taking this opportunity, Foreign Minister Cem, expressed Turkey's readiness to provide every assistance to the extend possible.
