Under Secretary Ambassador Feridun H.Sinirlioğlu met with Dr.Markus Ederer, State Secretary of the Federal Foreign Office of Germany, who paid a visit to Ankara on 7-8 August 2016 to demonstrate the solidarity of the Government of Germany after FETÖ’s failed coup attempt on 15 July 2016.

In addition to his official contacts, State Secretary Ederer also visited the building of the Parliament that was severely damaged during the coup attempt.
