Special Envoy of UN Secretary General and Kosovo's Chief UN Administrator Bernard Kouchner is going to pay an official visit to Turkey on July 30-31, 2000. Mr. Kouchner will be received by the Foreign Minister H.E. Mr. İsmail Cem on July 31, 2000.

In the meeting, recent developments in Kosovo and problems of our descendants in Kosovo will be taken up.
