The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, H.E. Ambassador O. Faruk Loğoğlu upon the invitation of his counterpart, the First Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, H.E. Aleksander A. Avdayev is going to pay a visit to Moscow on May 21-23, 2000 to have consultations.

During the talks to be held, bilateral relations with all its aspects will be taken up and views will be exchanged on regional as well as international matters of mutual concern in a comprehensive manner.
